WHAT'S IYENGAR YOGA

for everyone
new yoga method

Yoga is for everyone. You don't need to be an expert or have reached the pinnacle of physical strength to practice asanas (postures). Modern stress can cause physical pain and illness because, in the race for material success, maintaining one's own health is neglected.
This stress can also lead to psychological distress such as anxiety, loneliness, and feelings of helplessness.
Yoga not only promotes the integration of both the mind and body, but also has the function of cultivating a sense of ``correct posture'' (alignment) that balances the inner and outer world. True positive posture means that inner awareness permeates every cell, fiber, skin, and skeleton of the body. Iyengar Yoga is a yoga method developed by Yogacharaya Sri B.K.S.Iyengar.

In addition to gaining flexibility and relaxation of the body and mind, Iyengar yoga focuses on increasing strength and stamina and correcting body distortions. Furthermore, a big difference from other types of yoga is that even if you are inexperienced or have a history of failures, you can use a variety of tools to maximize the effects of yoga.
Even if you're new to yoga, with a few simple tools you can gradually build strength, confidence, and flexibility without fear of undue strain or injury. Yoga techniques can also help people with certain illnesses and disabilities.

By continuing to practice, you can increase your body's internal strength and its healing and resistance abilities, while at the same time relieving your pain and allowing you to face the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. It's from. There is now growing recognition around the world that alternative therapies are more effective at promoting health than conventional therapies. Yoga can help all those people who want to improve their lives.

By practicing yoga poses (asanas), your awareness will be spread to every corner of your body, and you will be able to deeply feel the subtle movements. Your awareness will also turn to your breathing, and when your mind, body, and breathing become one, you will feel a sense of tranquility and fulfillment within yourself.

Iyengar yoga strengthens soft and weak areas and increases flexibility in hard areas, making the body's movements smoother and relieving fatigue.
All asanas have different benefits, and beginners should first learn asanas that increase strength and stamina, develop flexibility, and adjust muscle flow and distortion. By continuing, physical fatigue will be removed and the nervous system will flow more smoothly. At the same time, from a psychological perspective, you can gain a stable concentration and therefore reduce stress.

In Iyengar yoga, all pose names are Sanskrit. In addition, if you are on your period or have some kind of illness, we have a curriculum tailored to suit you, and it can be done to suit any age or physical condition.

The Yoga Sutras of the sage Patanjali list eight paths (astanga). These paths are called Ashtanga Yoga.
